While it might be a business owner’s biggest challenge, here are three reasons you should make employee retention and satisfaction a number one priority.

In business, trust can make or break you. Having a team of satisfied employees behind you who trust that you have their best interest in mind will help you take your company to the next level. With trust comes greater day-to-day performance, innovative ideas and the excitement to try new things. All of this is important for any budding or growing company.
